FastTrak
“FastTrak” was the working name for a future state experience that allowed customers to initiate banking requests on their phones, thus saving time waiting in line at the bank.
We focused on ordering a cashier’s check, ordering change (e.g., for small biz owners who need to coins and smaller bills to make change) and submitting claims.
My role on this project: Principle designer (hands-on design and overseeing two other designers.)
