Merrill Portfolio & Accounts

The most important page on MyMerrill.com is the Portfolio & Accounts page. In addition to needing a visual overhaul, it was loaded with functions that were either redundant or difficult for users to find.

Employing a design thinking approach with our XD team, we were able to modernize the design (and make it responsive), make better use of screen real estate and surface more valuable portfolio information to our clients.

My primary role was as a product experience designer which included: driving research requirements, participating in vision and design workshops, overseeing the design and defining business requirements.
